铝青铜的特点是力学性能高,抗蚀性与抗磨性强,有良好的减摩性,在大气、淡水、海水中耐蚀性好,可制作高强、耐磨、耐蚀零件。如:轴承、轴套、齿轮、涡轮及食品模具、塑胶模具耐磨件、不锈钢拉伸模等。

lts character is with high mechanical stress, with high corrosion resisting and abrasion resistant, thus it has good reduction of wear. It has good abrasion resistant in air, freshwater and seawater, making high strong, abrasion resistant, corrosion resisting parts. E. g. Bearing, shaft sleeve, gear, turbine and food mold, wear resistance parts for plastic molds, stainless steel tensile modulus, etc.

用途:各种重负荷、中高速状态下使用的轴承、轴套,如试泵轴套、矿井开轮轴承、轧机辊道轴套。
